With more than 60 years of experience in engineering and production, we are specialists in designing and manufacturing heated and cooling rollers that are precisely tailored to your demands.

For all our heated and cooling rollers, regardless of being fitted with a single or double shell (also with continuous and degressive spirals or in cross-over principle) – we do not rely on standard solutions but adapt every process exactly to your demands.

We build on decades of experience in mechanical engineering and on the calculation tools that we have developed and continuously refined. With in-depth knowledge in the field of thermodynamics, our construction department creates detailed flow simulations, which ensure that we identify and optimize critical details in advance.

Almost one hundred percent of the necessary mechanical processing of the heated and cooling rollers is carried out in-house.

We leave nothing to chance when it comes to the forced guides for heated and cooling rollers. There are no standard pitches for the spirals – for perfect results, we optimize them to the corresponding process each time.

Special manufacturing options that we offer:

• Precise internal turning of tubes up to a length of approx. 4,000 mm
• CNC grinding of complex shaft contours
• CNC grinding of roller bodies, taken up on the bearing seats or alternatively in mounted and backlash-free bearings
• Insertion of peripheral holes in roller body

We are a highly qualified specialist welding company that is audited regularly by accredited laboratories. Our highly trained specialists and supervisors ensure maximum precision and optimum quality. This guarantees for the appropriate safety during subsequent use.

Legal certainty for your heated and cooling rollers – this is also part of our claim.

Therefore, all fluid-operated rollers are assessed, classified, designed, and produced in accordance with PED 2014/68/EU.

From water-operated cooling rollers, which are classified in Article 4 (3) and which are designed and produced in accordance with good engineering practice, up to water-powered heated rollers classified in Category 4, including monitoring and individual testing, for example by TÜV, the CE marking and the EC design review.
