SAUERESSIG is a reliable and innovative full-service provider of calendaring, embossing and rotary processing systems in standard and custom designs. With our sustainable expert knowledge, we support manufacturers of fuel cell components in the realization of forward-looking, marketable energy solutions. Together with Terrella Energy Systems, a supplier of primarily stack ready bipolar plates in small quantities (prototype development), we leverage our inventive spirit and our technological expertise to accelerate the series production of fuel cell stacks.

Our fuel cell solutions include design and engineering services for high volume production equipment for fuel cell components and stacks – from the development and optimization of the manufacturing processes for metal and graphite bipolar plates, the catalyst coated membrane and the gas diffusion layer, over the production of rotary forming and cutting tools, to engineering and building prototyping, pilot and series production lines for components and stack assembly.

Fuel cell development
