As leading international supplier along the pre-press stage as well as rotogravure and embossing cylinders, SAUERESSIG Surfaces offers a strong technical expertise in the field of tissue and hygiene products, nonwovens, glass and metal as well as wood, flooring and plastics processing industry. At our Vreden site we have been developing and producing rollers for a wide range of applications since 1969. With various manufacturing processes SAUERESSIG Rollers ensures the perfect result. Depending on customer-specific requirements, our rollers are heat-treated, turned, grinded, polished, textured or coated. In addition, we are a certified and approved manufacturer of temperature-controlled heating and cooling rollers.

Our innovative flexo printing plates set new standards in quality and durability. SAUERESSIG Elastomers stands for the highest level of expertise in the field of flexo printing and is constantly developing individual customer solutions.
